We usually have a short counselling waiting list for which we'd take some details, including your name, contact number, and times when you're available to attend. During your first meeting with your counsellor, you'll have the opportunity to arrange an initial run of six sessions. This can sometimes be extended further.

Workshops and courses are held at regular intervals.

The service is free of charge.
