Thank you to our counsellors, clients and the many private individuals and businesses that have so generously given to Help. Any contribution we receive is valuable, and we appreciate any donation that you have to offer.

Where your money goes

It costs around £160,000 a year to run our service. Many of our clients are low income (earning £10,000 or less) and all clients pay a contribution towards each session based on a sliding scale of £1 for every £1,000 of annual income. About half of our costs are covered by client payments and we fundraise to cover the rest.

We rely on the generosity of people like you to fund around 45% of our annual running costs, and your help is invaluable to us in meeting our fundraising challenge. There are many different ways that you can support us:

Help Counselling will never call you to ask you to donate. We will never share your details with third party organisations.
