As you may be aware I am running the London Marathon for Help Counselling and I thought today as it is National Stress Awareness Day this would be a great day to remind people and hopefully gain some sponsorship.
Today is National Stress Awareness Day which is a great opportunity to take a moment to think about our wellbeing and those of others around us. Start a conversation about stress in the workplace and create a place where people can comfortable share their thoughts and feelings when they are feeling stressed. It can make a huge difference being able to share how you’re feeling with friends and colleagues. By sharing you could get some great advice and tips or find you can support other colleagues who need help.
Help Counselling who I am trying to raise £2000 are there to support people who have no one to talk to, who need someone to listen to them, to give them advice and so much more, so please if you are considering supporting me what better day to do this on.
